According to the Organization Board, “Top 50 Viet Nam most effective business companies” are surveyed and selected by 2 steps. Step 1: select companies with capitalized value of 500 billion dong and more (determine until immediately previous financial year), 3-year turnover immediately previous to survey year from 200 billion dong and more. Step 2: rank based on 3 criteria including turnover growth, average 3-year return on equity –ROE and return on capital – ROC.
The rating list this year also witnesses that basic goods business enterprises which have ever dominated in the market like sugar-cane begin to go down.
