The company’s existing material area spreads in Khanh HOa and Dak Lak provinces with the area of more than 12,000 ha. To develop the material area stably, meeting processing needs, Ninh Hoa Sugar hs given many developing and attaching policies for farmers. It has active supported capital, seed, materials, fertilizer, instructed farmers to apply new techniques for raising crop productivity in combination with sugarcane insurance that contributes to strengthen farmers’ trust to sugarcane future, to the company. In 2012 – 2013, Ninh Hoa Sugar Joint Stock Company purchased more than 635,000 tons from farmers, average productivity reached 52 tons/ha, average selling price is over 864,000 dong/ton with 10 CCS sugar concentration. In 2013 – 2014, the company is expected to develop sugarcane area up to more than 13,000 ha, in which Khanh Hoa province has more than 8,500 ha, sugarcane output gains over 700,000 tons; invests 200 billion dong to develop 10,800 ha of material sugarcane from farmers.

Bênh cạnh đó, để đáp ứng nhu cầu vận hành hệ thống một cách có hiệu quả, Đường Ninh Hòa luôn quan tâm xây dựng bộ máy nhân sự cho phát triển Công ty trong hiện tại và lương lai; trong đó chú trọng tuyển dụng mới kết hợp với đào tạo, bồi dưỡng nâng cao trình độ tay nghề lực lượng lao động hiện có. Mặt khác, Công ty cũng có chính sách khuyến khích cho người lao động tự học tập nâng cao trình độ, tay nghề.

Together with extension and productivity increase, material sugarcane area quality, Ninh Hoa Sugar continuously invests modern equipment in order to raise factory capacity from 3,700 tons/day to 5,200 tons/day and remains raising processing capacity to satisfy development demand and enhance the company’s competitiveness. Furthermore, to meet efficient system operation requirement, Ninh Hoa Sugar always pays attention to building personnel mechanism for the company’s current and future development; in which attaches special importance to new recruitment combined with training to improve existing labor qualification.
