June 26, 2015: Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders for the year of 2014 - 2015 approved the merger plan of Ninh Hoa Sugar Joint Stock Company (NHS) with the swap ratio of 1: 1. Bien Hoa Sugar Joint Stock Company became the parent company (owning 94.51% of shares) of Phan Rang Sugar JSC

In August, 2014: establishing a representative office in HCMC.

2013

OnSeptember 09, 2013: The State Securities Commission granted the Company the Certificate of registration of the shares offer to the public No. 42 / GCN-SSC. Accordingly, the Company issued shares to existing shareholders to increase its chartered capital from 314,974,590,000 VND to 629,949,180,000 VND.

2012

Issuance of bonus shares to existing shareholders was at 61.88%. Issuance of shares under the option program for employees with a issue value of 14,998,790,000 VND. By above mentioned 4 times of increase in the chartered capital, the Company's chartered capital reached 314,974,590,000 VND.

2007

Bien Hoa Sugar Joint Stock Company acquired Tri An Sugar Company and then founded Bien Hoa - Tri An Sugar Factory. After numerous upgrades, the capacity of Bien Hoa - Tri An sugar factory reaches 2,500 tons sugarcane / day. Dividend at the end of 2007 reached 10% of chartered capital in shares.

2006

The Company issued additional shares to raise capital. Chartered capital from 81 billion increased to 162 billion. On December 20, 2006, the company shares were officially listed on HCM City Stock Exchange with the stock symbol of BHS.Share Dividend at the end of 2006 reached 4% of the chartered capital in shares.

2001

Tay Ninh Sugar Factory increased its capacity to 3,500 tons of suger cane /day. By now, its capacity reaches 4,000 tons of sugar cane /day. Changing to a joint stock company,on May 16, 2001, Bien Hoa Sugar JSC was incorporated with the chartered capital of 81 billion VND.

1998

Tay Ninh Sugar Factory (which is now known as Bien Hoa – Tay Ninh Sugar Factory) is officially brought into operation with a capacity of 2,500 tonnes of sugarcane processing /day.
