THE DEVELOPMENT HISTORY

Shared values and strengths from each party, contributed in company growth
Born in 1969, its forerunner was called Bien Hoa Sugar Factory, until 1994, Bien Hoa Sugar Factory was changed its name as Bien Hoa Sugar Company. In May, 2001, the company completed its capitalization and transferred its operation with its name as Bien Hoa Sugar Joint Stock Company.

In the context of integration, on November 20th, 2015, Ninh Hoa Sugar Joint Stock Company merged into BHS to become Bien Hoa – Ninh Hoa Sugar One-Member Company Limited.

 On October 27th, 2015, BHS continued to become Mother Company (owned 94.5% shares) of Phan Rang Sugar-Cane Joint Stock Company.

This association has been extended BHS’s market shares, shared values and strengths from each party, contributed in company growth, determined its position in local and international market.

BHS is Mother Company of BHS Ninh Hoa and BHS Phan Rang

BHS is Mother Company of Bien Hoa - Phan Rang Sugar-Cane Joint Stock Company (BHS Phan Rang) and Bien Hoa – Ninh Hoa Sugar One-Member Company Limited (BHS Ninh Hoa).

For organizational structure, General Meeting’s Shareholders is responsible for all businesses from Mother Company and two subsidiaries.

BHS includes 4 member companies
Bien Hoa – Ninh Hoa Sugar One-Member Company Limited, its forerunner as Ninh Hoa Sugar Factory, before merging into NHS, had operated in sugar-cane production and business field.

Bien Hoa - Phan Rang Sugar-Cane Joint Stock Company has its forerunner as Thap Cham Sugar Factory before becoming BHS’s member. In addition, there are some member companies such as: Hai Vi One-Member Company Limited, Bien Hoa – Thanh Long One-Member Company Limited.
